an ex-colleague got married~

so the ROM was held at a quiet location – an almost non noticeable left turn along Sembawang Road.  Even the JP was surprised that such a place existed, he said that he “should try this place out some time”

there was lots of beer and seafood. we couldn’t finish everything!

i arrived at around 5.45pm, the couple arrived at around 6.20pm.  it was almost going to rain and the lights were not really sufficient, so we just made do with what we had before the actual ceremony.

they came really unprepared. i asked them if they had their rings and they had the rings on their fingers already.  i asked if there was anything to hold the rings, they didnt have anything so they just slid it through the leaves of the rose.  the thing was that they settled the ceremonial part in philippines already, the civil one would be the one in SG.  they thought it was just signing papers and having a beer + seafood after that, hahaha~

it was a quiet affair with just 17 guests including kids.  weddings should be like this!
